Proud Village Leader Sponsor · Owl's Ledge LLC
Tonight, we honor a milestone and a movement: five years of feeding our neighbors across the Chicagoland south suburbs — with fresh food, fierce dignity, and a bold vision for what's next.
Real food · Real people · Real impact
The mission we celebrate tonight
That is the fierce, plainly stated purpose of Meals in the Meantime — lived out every day across the Chicagoland south suburbs.
Through drive-thru, pop-up food pantries, neighbors receive grocery bags of fresh, healthy food across all five food groups — fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and dairy — along with the knowledge to make the most of them. Seniors. Families. Single adults. Young people. Children. Served the way everyone deserves to be served: with no bias, no stereotype, and no judgment — because food insecurity is a condition, not a condemnation.
It runs the way every great mission does: on a village. Volunteers, board members, and partners — townships, community organizations, and faith congregations — give their time, their space, and their hearts.
Tonight, at Tuscany Falls, that village gathers — with gratitude, purpose, and a bold vision for the future. As a Village Leader Sponsor, I'm honored to host a table of changemakers: leaders from government, fellow nonprofits, and organizations on the front lines of food insecurity.
Mission Intelligence · agentic AI for the mission-driven
The care that fills a grocery bag should reach everything an organization touches. Including its technology.
Mission Intelligence is how I bring that belief to the nonprofits, agencies, and purpose-led teams doing the most human work. It's a practical program for building Mission-Centered AI Capability — so a small, stretched team can spend less time on busywork and more time on the work only people can do.
Like an exoskeleton that extends a person's own strength, Mission Intelligence amplifies a team's judgment, care, and relationships — a mission amplifier that always keeps people at the center of the work. Augmentation, collaboration, amplification.
We're entering the era of agentic AI — systems that don't just answer questions, but take action on a team's behalf. For mission-driven organizations, that's a profound opportunity and a real responsibility. Mission Intelligence helps you harness agentic AI to advance and amplify your mission — with the judgment, dignity, and control to do it wisely. (That responsibility is exactly why CAMC includes Control — for any AI that can act on its own.)
Three simple tools make it work: a method (SCAFFOLD), a test (CAMC), and a map (the Maturity Roadmap).
Together they form a Mission Capability Loop: small experiments feed honest reflection, which builds lasting capability and greater mission impact.
An 8-step method for designing AI — including agents — into the work you already do, starting with the mission, not the tool.
Find the workflows where AI can genuinely help — and the ones it shouldn't touch.
Define exactly what AI will and won't do, and where human judgment stays in charge.
Match each task to the right level of AI involvement — assist, execute, or operate.
Craft the prompts and guardrails that fit your voice, your values, and your context.
Run a small, real pilot on real work — not an abstract experiment.
Watch what actually happens. Gather honest evidence, good and bad.
Reflect with CAMC. Keep what works, change what doesn't, learn either way.
Share what works so the whole team grows — capability that compounds.
One honest test for every AI use — built for agentic AI, so technology always answers to the mission.
Did it reduce the load and free people for higher-value work?
Did it strengthen human capability — or create over-reliance?
Did it improve how we serve the people who count on us?
For agents that act on their own: can we see, understand, and stop them?
Where are you now — and where to next? A clear path from first steps to mission amplification.

Learning what AI can do — replacing hype and fear with understanding.
Running small, safe pilots with clear boundaries. SCAFFOLD starts here.
Proven AI embedded in everyday work, with standards and shared practice.
AI as a recognized capability multiplier — continually evaluated against the mission.
If you lead a mission-driven organization and you're wondering how AI — and agentic AI — could help you advance and amplify your mission, that's exactly what Mission Intelligence is for. I'd love to talk.

AI Transformation Leader · in the enterprise
By day, I lead enterprise generative AI at a Fortune 300 financial services firm — production systems, agentic AI, and capability-building for tens of thousands of associates and millions of clients, inside one of the most tightly regulated environments in business. Innovation, risk, and human readiness, every single day.
That is the discipline behind everything I do: the rigor of the enterprise, in service of people. I help organizations move AI from experimentation to everyday, trustworthy Human × AI collaboration — where people flourish, organizations thrive, and together we create a world that works better.
Trish Uhl · Owl's Ledge
I'm the founder of the global consulting firm Owl's Ledge and a Microsoft Certified AI Transformation Leader and AI Business Professional. I help organizations turn AI into everyday, trustworthy Human × AI collaboration — where people and technology grow stronger together. I'm the author of Adaptive Humans + AI Agents: Sink, Swim or Swarm.
Here is what I believe most: the AI capability transforming the world's largest enterprises can — and should — amplify the good being done in our communities. That conviction is why I created Mission Intelligence: to put genuine AI transformation into the hands of the nonprofits, agencies, and purpose-led teams closest to the people who need it most. Augmentation. Collaboration. Amplification. Human capability made greater, and aimed squarely at mission — that's why I'm proud to sponsor tonight.
My mission is personal: to equip and empower those who equip and empower others.
At Owl's Ledge, we have a motto — and it's the whole philosophy in two words: Be Wise. Everyone is racing to ask what AI can do. Wisdom asks what it should do — and for whom. That difference is everything: it's what separates technology that serves people from technology that exploits them.
